If you are an agricultural producer or processor with a registered farm and an organic production certificate (or are in the process of certification), this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss!
NLB Commercial Bank has announced the 14th NLB Organic Competition, aimed at improving organic production and food processing. A professional commission will award the four best projects in the field of organic production and food processing, with a total prize fund of 3,000,000 dinars.
🏆 Award categories:
Main award for plant organic production: 1,000,000 dinars
- Main award for livestock organic production: 1,000,000 dinars
- Main award for livestock organic production: 1,000,000 dinars
- Special award for young people (up to 40 years old): 500,000 dinars
- Special award for women in organic production: 500,000 dinars
📋 Competition application:
Eligible to participate are agricultural producers and processors with a registered agricultural farm, who are certified or in the process of certification for organic production. Also eligible are producers or processors with group certification and a contract with the production organizer.
Applications are accepted until May 31, 2025, via email: organic@nlbkb.rs, with the note “Application for the 14th NLB Organic Competition.”
Applications should include:
- Filled application form with project description and planned activities
- Real needs, conditions, and project costs
- Expected results and timeline for implementation
- Data on the registered agricultural farm
- Proof of certification (or certification status)
- For cooperators: group certificate and contract with the production organizer
Submitted projects will be reviewed by a professional jury consisting of:
- Prof. Dr. Snežana Oljača, full professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade
- Prof. Dr. Vladan Bogdanović, full professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade
- Ana Marinković, Director of the Micro and Agro Client Sales Management Department, NLB Komercijalna banka
- Milica Živković, Coordinator for Agro Client Sales Management, NLB Komercijalna banka
- Petar Petrović, Director of the Sustainable Business Department, NLB Komercijalna banka
